Adult Day Training Program Manager

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the ADT program.
• Supervise coach and support ADT staff.
• Ensure participant health safety and well-being.
• Coordinate activities community outings and skill-building opportunities.
• Monitor documentation service delivery and compliance with Medicaid waiver requirements.
• Collaborate with participants families guardians case managers and other team members.
• Assist with staffing scheduling training and performance management.
• Support person-centered planning and participant goal achievement.
• Maintain program quality and promote a positive inclusive environment.

• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services human services healthcare or related fields preferred.
• Ability to meet all required background screening and training requirements.
