Southwest Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Day Training (ADT) Manager to lead our Adult Day Training program. This position is responsible for overseeing daily program operations supervising staff ensuring regulatory compliance and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to learn grow and engage in their communities.
Southwest Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Day Training (ADT) Manager to lead our Adult Day Training program. This position is responsible for overseeing daily program operations supervising staff ensuring regulatory compliance and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to learn grow and engage in their communities.
What Youll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ADT program.
- Supervise coach and support ADT staff.
- Ensure participant health safety and well-being.
- Coordinate activities community outings and skill-building opportunities.
- Monitor documentation service delivery and compliance with Medicaid waiver requirements.
- Collaborate with participants families guardians case managers and other team members.
- Assist with staffing scheduling training and performance management.
- Support person-centered planning and participant goal achievement.
- Maintain program quality and promote a positive inclusive environment.
What Were Looking For
- Leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services human services healthcare or related fields preferred.
- Ability to meet all required background screening and training requirements.
