Responsibilities may include:

Responsibilities may include:
- Ensuring the implementation of all company and programmatic policies and procedures.
- Completing and submitting monthly benchmark reports.
- Managing your team and directly supervising the Program Managers in your assigned area.
- Planning for and facilitating program growth.
- Identifying developmental opportunities.
Requirements for this position include:
- Four-year degree in social or human services or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in human services.
- Management or supervisory experience is required.
