Adult Day Program Manager Pasadena CARedwood Family Care NetworkSalary: $70000$72000 per yearSchedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PMEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Pasadena CAWork Setting: On-siteMake a Difference Every DayAre you an experienced human services professional who is passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesRedwood Family Care Network is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Adult Day Program Manager to lead our Pasadena this role you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by creating a safe supportive and person-centered environment where the individuals we serve can mission is to provide World Class person-centered services supports and advocacy for individuals in positive and life-enriching you are an experienced leader who enjoys developing teams building strong relationships ensuring quality services and advocating for the people we support we would love to hear from you!What Youll DoAs the Adult Day Program Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the program while ensuring compliance with company policies California regulations Regional Center requirements and individual service ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operations of the Adult Day Program and ensure a safe healthy and positive environment for staff and train supervise schedule and evaluate program client rights are protected and upheld at all regular safety meetings and maintain a clean safe and well-organized program referral packets assess prospective clients and coordinate with Regional Center counselors and other accurate and compliant client and facility records in accordance with applicable California staff in-service training and participate in required training programs including New Hire program quality through field visits daily audits and ongoing quality assurance staff documentation and ensure required client notes and progress reports are completed accurately and on in Individual Program Plan (IPP) Transition and interdisciplinary team positive relationships with clients families Regional Centers community partners and other medical and dental appointments emergency care and physician orders when required program records including consultant maintenance vehicle and other operational employee timekeeping and other administrative with community outreach and marketing efforts to promote program program expenses and assist with managing financial resources including staffing supplies utilities and other operational program operations comply with applicable Title 17 Title 22 Regional Center contracts facility program design and Individual Program Were Looking ForWe are seeking a confident organized and compassionate leader who can effectively manage a team while keeping the individuals we serve at the center of every QualificationsBachelors degree in Psychology Social Work Human Services or a related field.35 years of supervisory experience including experience supervising approximately 530 First Aid/CPR Prevention Intervention (CPI) be at least 21 years of California Drivers successfully complete all required pre-employment screening including a background communication organization leadership and problem-solving to work collaboratively with clients families employees Regional Centers and community RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather to perform the physical and operational duties necessary to support the program and individuals Join Redwood Family Care NetworkAt Redwood Family Care Network we believe our employees are an essential part of creating meaningful outcomes for the individuals we support.
