Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add an ADP Wisely consultant to our team of consultants under our HCM Practice.
Responsibilities:
Leading modernization and improvement of employee payment experience
Integration and administration of Wisely with their existing HR/Payroll system
Expanding functionality and improving international remittance options and comprehensive reporting
Enhancing security and compliance
Required Qualification(s):
Strong experience deploying ADP Wisely at scale in complex environments
Strong change management skills
Understanding of Security and Compliance as it relates to employee pay programs
Preferred Qualification(s):
Experience converting to ADP Wisely from another pay card platform
