Job Summary

As an Ad OperationsSpecialist you ownthetrafficking andQA process for digital media activities across channels.Creating arelationship withmediacolleaguesacross practiseswill help you excel in a job requiring fast thinking accuracy and versatility.

You will:

Ownthe QA process from campaign set up to launchandmaintenance.
Work with third partyvendorsto verify creative updates and rotations.
Work withexternalpartnersto troubleshoot campaign issues.
Have someexperience with dynamic ad serving partners(DCO).
Ensure pixels and tags are firing properly on campaign landing pages.
Manage deadlines and workflow.
Own the quality and consistency ofyourdeliverables.

You have:

2-3years experiencein advertising operations.
Strong experience withGoogle Marketing Platform especially Campaign Manager 360 (core priority)
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) experience considered a strong secondary skill
Familiarity with other social platforms (Pinterest Reddit LinkedIn TikTok) is a plus and may open opportunities in other area.
Fundamentalknowledge ofCM360andSocial platforms.
Baseskillsetin standard and rich media ad trafficking software for display video mobile search and other emerging channels.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details.
Ability to work effectively under stressful situations and tight deadlines.
Coreproject management planning and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and seek help when needed.
Flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
