POSITION SUMMARYThe Supervisor oversees the overall management of the day-to-day care of the youth operation of the facility supervision of the Direct Care Counselors and assists with the household budget. The Supervisor fosters team-building and positive program development. The Supervisor IV position provides on-call coverage at all congregate care : $60000EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONSBA/BS degree in required. Experience in Wheelers congregate care programs can be substituted for education on a year for year basis when permitted by DCF. 2 years of progressively responsible related work experience is required. Supervisory experience is preferred.
