Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Full Time Flexible Schedule Options:

• Tuesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Thursday
• 9am-5pm OR 10am-6pm

Compensation: $90000 - $100000annually (DOE)

*Eligibility for bonuses upon completion of Therapist Mastery Program:
Years 1-2: $4000 bonus eligibility
Year 3: $5000 bonus eligibility

• Provide individual family and group therapy for adolescents ages 12-17 in a residential treatment setting.
• Maintain a focused small caseload of approximately 6 to 8 clients allowing for individualized treatment and family engagement.
• Develop update and collaborate on treatment plans with an interdisciplinary clinical team.
• Provide crisis intervention risk assessment and therapeutic support during periods of emotional distress.
• Conduct parent coaching and family sessions that support treatment progress and successful transitions home.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare recommendations with families and referral partners.
• Complete clinical documentation treatment notes and assessments in a timely manner and in accordance with program requirements.

• Active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselorrequired.
• Experience providing individual family and group therapy.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain an NPI and CAQH profile as part of onboarding.
• Preferred: 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Preferred: Experience in residential treatment PHP IOP psychiatric crisis substance use or other high-acuity behavioral health settings.
• Strong clinical skills working with adolescents families and multidisciplinary treatment teams.
