Job Summary
Full Time Flexible Schedule Options:
- Tuesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Thursday
- 9am-5pm OR 10am-6pm
On-site: 1470 E. Middle Ave San Martin CA 95046
Compensation: $90000 - $100000annually (DOE)
*Eligibility for bonuses upon completion of Therapist Mastery Program:
Years 1-2: $4000 bonus eligibility
Year 3: $5000 bonus eligibility
- Provide individual family and group therapy for adolescents ages 12-17 in a residential treatment setting.
- Maintain a focused small caseload of approximately 6 to 8 clients allowing for individualized treatment and family engagement.
- Develop update and collaborate on treatment plans with an interdisciplinary clinical team.
- Provide crisis intervention risk assessment and therapeutic support during periods of emotional distress.
- Conduct parent coaching and family sessions that support treatment progress and successful transitions home.
- Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare recommendations with families and referral partners.
- Complete clinical documentation treatment notes and assessments in a timely manner and in accordance with program requirements.
- Active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselorrequired.
- Experience providing individual family and group therapy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain an NPI and CAQH profile as part of onboarding.
- Preferred: 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Preferred: Experience in residential treatment PHP IOP psychiatric crisis substance use or other high-acuity behavioral health settings.
- Strong clinical skills working with adolescents families and multidisciplinary treatment teams.
