Job Summary
The Opportunity:
CACI as a Prime Contractor on MWIII Bridge. All positions in the Hanover MD area. MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. Tasks include program management mission support software integration software development system engineering migration testing documentation development network and system monitoring configuration control and release management.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Test Engineer to help ensure the quality reliability and performance of our AdmitIT this role you will design and execute test plans identify defects collaborate closely with development teams and contribute to continuous improvement of our testing processes. You will work across manual and automated testing balance thoroughness with delivery timelines and help raise the overall quality bar.
Qualifications:
Required:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Bachelors Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines is required. 5 years of software engineering experience is required. 2 years work experience in the SIGINT IA or IT domains is required. 4 years of software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree for a total of 9 years.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium Bruno Cypress or similar
Exposure to API testing and related tools
Comfortable working in a Linux environment or possess a foundational understanding of Linux
Quick learner with a proactive adaptable mindset
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) functional testing API testing accessibility (508) and role-based testing
Strong documentation skills: manual test cases test procedures requirements verification traceability matrices (RVTM) and test plans
Proficient in GitLab workflow processes
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration
Desired:
Design develop and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts aligned with requirements and specifications
Execute both manual and automated tests including functional regression UAT API accessibility (508) and role-based testing
Identify document track verify defects provide clear reproduction steps expected versus actual results and severity assessments
Analyze test outcomes report findings and deliver actionable feedback to developers and stakeholders
Collaborate effectively with team members throughout the software development lifecycle
Contribute to the development and enhancement of test automation frameworks increasing coverage for critical workflows
Participate in requirement reviews design discussions and sprint planning/review sessions
Help define and refine QA processes standards and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Prioritize testing activities to balance quality assurance with project timelines and deliverables
Maintain thorough documentation of test artifacts results and quality metrics

Pay Range:
