Job Description: Budget Title: Admissions Assistant (SL-2) Salary: $51261(Regular position. Full-time temporary for one year due to promotional hold with the expectation of transition to a term appointment in the future) Binghamton University is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Admissions Specialist to support the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in the recruitment of new students. The Undergraduate Admissions Office seeks a dynamic individual with effective communication and interpersonal skills to represent the University among prospective students their families and colleagues. The position will involve supporting the undergraduate admissions team through their technical abilities organizational skills and detail-oriented tasks in order to better manage the recruitment funnel. The Admissions Specialist works alongside an experienced collaborative team and gains hands-on exposure to the full admissions cycle from recruitment and event planning to application review at one of the premier public universities in the Northeast.
