Summary of Job Duties:
Working closely with the Associate Director of Admissions Operations the Admissions Evaluator III supports admissions processing data integrity and systems functionality across Slate Workday and related university systems. This position assists with troubleshooting data discrepancies maintaining accurate applicant records supporting process improvements and ensuring consistency across admissions evaluations and decisions.
While this role provides operational guidance and technical expertise final policy interpretation and escalation remain with the Associate Director of Admissions Operations and the Director of Graduate & International Admissions. This position bridges admissions processing systems operations and policy implementation to ensure accurate efficient and student-centered admissions services.
Regular reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty as is the ability to create and maintain collegial harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
Two years of experience in admissions credential evaluation records management enrollment services or a related field
One year of experience interpreting and applying complex policies procedures or business processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in graduate admissions at a research institution
Experience evaluating domestic academic credentials and determining admission eligibility
Experience with Slate Workday or similar admissions and student information systems
Experience with data management reporting quality assurance or systems troubleshooting
Previous lead or supervisory experience
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated knowledge of graduate admissions policies procedures and evaluation practices
Strong knowledge of admissions systems data management and business process workflows
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills particularly in resolving data and systems-related issues
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
Ability to analyze complex applicant records and apply policies consistently
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with technical partners
Ability to lead train and support staff in a high-volume environment
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and accuracy
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
