The Admissions Counselor supports prospective students through the enrollment process by providing information guidance and outreach. This role helps applicants understand program options and navigate admissions requirements.
Conduct outreach to prospective students
Provide admissions counseling via phone email and in person
Assist applicants with completing required documentation
Represent the institution at events and information sessions
Track applicant progress and maintain accurate records
Associate degree required; bachelors degree preferred
Customer service or recruitment experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with diverse populations
