Admissions Coordinator

Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 - 22.00 per hour

Location: 266 S Hobble Creek Canyon Rd Springville UT 84663 (On-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday I 9:00am - 5:00pm

We are seeking a compassionate relationshipdrivenAdmissions Coordinator to serve as a trusted guide for families referral partners and professionals navigating the admissions journey. This role is ideal for someone who blendssales acumen empathy responsiveness and professionalismand who believes that exceptional admissions experiences are the foundation of exceptional care.

Nestled in the serene beauty ofHobble Creek Canyon Embark at Springville is more than a treatment centerwere a healing community. We specialize in helping girls ages 1217 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges including trauma anxiety depression and family dynamics. Our approach isfamily-centered evidence-based and deeply relational.

• Help families (over the phone) get admitted to Embarks Springville RTC.
• Conduct a initial assessment of their needs.
• Coordinate the admission process.
• Liaison with programs and other departments to get kids help!
• Become competent in Embark and industry programs.
• Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce).
• Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way.
• Participate in team and weekly meetings.
• Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental health

• Experience working in behavioral health admission highly desirable.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
