If youre organized outgoing and thrive in a goal-oriented environment wed love to hear from qualifications include:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in admissions enrollment sales customer service or education
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and basic office technology
- Social media and marketing knowledge
- Ability to conduct campus tours and presentations
- Strong organization follow-up and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO
As the Admissions and Marketing Advisor youll serve as the primary contact for prospective students guiding them from inquiry through enrollment. Youll conduct campus tours provide information about programs and tuition maintain accurate admissions records and ensure all enrollment processes are completed in compliance with school policies and also oversee daily admissions operations monitor inquiry and enrollment activity support Admissions Advisors when applicable and collaborate with school leadership to develop strategies that increase enrollment and brand addition youll coordinate outreach activities career fairs open houses and community events while helping prospective students navigate the enrollment process from start to finish.SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS
This position is primarily on-site and may include:- Day or evening hours as needed
- Occasional school events or outreach activities outside normal business hours
- Up to 10% travel
