Administrator Special Projects

Position Summary:

The Administrator of Special Projects(Full or Part-Time) provides senior-level administrative support while coordinating or overseeing specific projects. The role supports Leadership by managing assigned projects and helping ensure work is completed accurately on time and with discretion.


Responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating special projects from planning through completion
  • Preparing reports documents presentations and correspondence
  • Tracking deadlines tasks and project progress
  • Organizing meetings agendas notes and follow-up items
  • Communicating with internal teams leadership and outside contacts
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and judgment
  • Supporting quality assurance compliance accreditation or process-improvement work
  • Using Excel Word and PowerPoint to organize and present information


The position is based in Butler PA. The normal work week is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Position Requirements:

Required:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Three (3) years administrative support experience and excellent communication organizational and writing skills
  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of comprehension analytical skill and attention to detail in producing work in a timely manner
  • Considerable use of tact diplomacy discretion and judgment when dealing with sensitive information
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
  • Current drivers license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle
  • Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances

Preferred:

  • Associates degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
  • Prior experience with Quality Assurance Accreditation Compliance or Project Management
