Administrator of Outpatient Therapy

Empath Therapies a member of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated Manager/Administrator to work Full-Time. The Manager of Outpatient Therapy is responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality out-patient therapy services and maintaining overall accountability for clinical programs as they relate to therapy services.

Primary tasks duties and responsibilities:

• Provides oversight of physical occupational and speech therapy services as prescribed by a physician
• Oversees the overall direction and operation of the therapy department
• Manages all aspects of patient care including clinical care compliance quality initiatives billing and documentation review
• Represents the agency internally and externally in alignment with the companys mission statement
• Plans organizes and provides administrative direction to all therapy staff
• Assists in the development and implementation of specialty programs
• Monitors therapy staff utilization to ensure productivity standards are met
• Assists with staffing needs to ensure care is provided according to regulations guidelines and standards

What Youll Need

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy program
• Active Physical Occupational or Speech Therapy license
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in home health care
• Equivalent combination of professional experience and education may be considered in meeting educational/professional requirements
• Valid drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance
