Are you ready to grow into a confident capable healthcare leader Our Administrator in Training (AIT) Program offers a structured handson pathway to becoming a licensed Administrator. Youll be mentored by a seasoned highperforming Administrator and gain the operational clinical and leadership skills needed to guide a facility to excellence.

Position Summary

The AIT will work directly under an experienced Administrator to learn all aspects of facility operations leadership and regulatory compliance. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about quality care strong team culture and operational success. Youll develop the knowledge and confidence to lead a skilled nursing facility in alignment with state and federal regulations.

Key Areas of Focus
  • Financial Operations Budgeting financial reports and resource management

  • Customer Service Building trust with residents families and staff

  • Business Development Supporting census growth and community partnerships

  • Clinical Operations Understanding care delivery and regulatory standards

The AIT will uphold policies related to patient care staff support financial controls and public relations while learning to manage budgets and meet facility and division goals.

Training Requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret financial records and operational reports

  • Proficiency in core competency areas including patient rights safety and sanitation

  • Delivering excellent customer service with a positive solutionsfocused attitude

  • Supporting a healthy respectful work culture for staff

  • Communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team (IDT)
