What you bring to SBHG(qualifications):
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Health Care Administration Public Administration or equivalent related field required or
Masters degree in a Mental Health Field; Licensed as MFCC LCSW or Ph.D. Psychologist preferred.
Three (3) years experience in a Senior Manager position (e.g. Program Director Center Director Executive Director etc.) required.
Senior Leadership experience preferred.
Experience with mentally ill children adolescents and/or adult required.
License or Certification
Licensed as LMFT LPCC LCSW or Psy.D. preferred.
Valid California Drivers License required.
How you will make a difference(job overview):
The Administrator manages the overall day-to-day operation of designated Community Services programs and their respective facilities assuring compliance with Federal State County and local laws and regulations. He/she oversees facilities and Directors who directly manage these programs or provides direct management in their absence. He/she assures that there are comprehensive quality treatment programs and services for all clients and reviews and approves all policies and procedures of the program. The Administrator represents Star View and their programs to governmental agencies the Board of Directors and the community. The Administrator assures the program is operated with fidelity to the evidence based practices including Wraparound PCIT TFCBT MAT and others. He/she assists the Regional Administrator in development of new programs in SouthernCalifornia
Division/Program Overview:
Community-Based and Family Centered programs.
TEAMMATES offers Wraparound Intensive Field Capable Clinical Services (IFCCS) and IFCCS Outreach Triage Team and Child Outreach Triage Team services that cover a full range of treatment and support.
24 hours of referral receipt and services are delivered countywide by the same team
24-hour Crisis Intervention
SED Children and Adolescent driven program.
Client and Family driven program with mutually agreed by service provider and family.
Contract with DMH and Child Protected Services and Probation.
