What You Bring to SBHG:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Health Care Administration Public Administration or a related field OR
  • Five (5) years of leadership experience in a healthcare or social services setting.

Licensure & Compliance:

  • Valid California Drivers License (Required).

How you will make a difference:

The Administrator collaborates closely with the Assistant/Senior Regional Administrator to direct overall facility operations manage the budget and oversee contract negotiations with vendors. They ensure strict compliance across outpatient and crisis residential programs with all federal state and county regulations while actively participating in agency-wide TQM/CQI initiatives and accreditation standards. Additionally the Administrator leads workforce oversighthandling recruitment performance management and disciplinary actionsand assists in implementing new strategic programs across the region.

  • Leads and supports Directors and management teams across multiple service lines
  • Drives strategic planning program development and operational excellence
  • Promotes staff growth and continuous quality improvement initiatives
