About the Role

As anAdministrative Support Officeryou willdeliver a range of administrative and support services to ensure the smooth operation of the Research Assurance Branch. Your work will include managing records coordinating meetings and events preparing documentation andassistingwith financial transactions.

Whatyoulldo

  • Provide high-quality administrative support including correspondence and records management.
  • Coordinate meetings events and information flow across the team.
  • Complete routine financial transactions andpurchasingservices.

  • Maintainaccuraterecords and databases in line with organisational standards.
