Vitalant is seeking a Fixed Site Recruitment Supervisordedicated to making a positive difference. Please note This position is not a recruiter role; you are managing a team remotely that works with our donors in a fixed site location.

Your impact as a Fixed Site Recruitment Supervisor is vital.You will support Vitalants life-saving mission by overseeing and coordinating Donor Outreach Coordinators and Donor Relation Specialists and for the achievement of assigned daily weekly and monthly goals.

What to Expect

Compensation: Pay: $43784-$69305.60

Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible hours depending on the needs of our frontline staff. Supervisors are also expected to participate in around 7 weekend on-call coverage throughout the year.
