About the Role:

Join Wilders journey to be here for good as the Family Supportive Housing (FSHS) Administrative Specialist. The Administrative Specialist provides essential operational administrative and customer support to Family Supportive Housing Services (FSHS) programs. This role serves as a key point of coordination for client intake and referrals supports program logistics and financial processes maintains accurate program data and records and assists with special projects and process improvements. The Administrative Specialist works collaboratively with staff managers clients and community partners to ensure efficient operations while fostering a welcoming respectful and culturally responsive environment that advances the mission and values of Wilder Foundation.

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred. Minimum of three years of administrative experience. Must be fluent in writing and speaking English. Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Word Excel and Outlook required.
