Job Summary

Koniag Data Solutions LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking an Administrative Project Manager with a Secret Security clearance to support KDS and our government customer at the Pentagon Arlington VA. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and Job Functions:Manage a small team of project specialistsFamiliar with DOW Joint Travel Regulations and DOW to execute reviews of travel claims and provide counsel to travelers for resolution of with Property Custodian duties related to DISA and WHS equipment and to execute Property Custodian roles to include audits transfers etc. Communicate with staff regarding property hand receipts with DOWTrack required training provide reminders to staff on upcoming due dates provide updates to leadership regarding overall organizational posture with regards to required trainingFamiliar with federal and DOW Records Management requirements. Assist the organization with file plan updates staff familiarization assist with audits staff-prepared correspondence reports etc. for proper format grammar spelling punctuation and adherence to instructionsProvides escalation support with parking requests account onboarding and offboarding incoming and outgoing visit requests conference room requests requests for suite maintenance and special projects as needed.7 years of experience demonstrating incremental growth in responsibilitiesClearance Required:Secret Clearance requiredGeneral support areas:Plans directs and coordinates administrative support services of the organization such as recordkeeping document destruction mail distribution travel telephone operator/receptionist and other office support employees in office service activities for optimum utilization of services and equipment including reception duplication records (filing) document scanning word processing messenger service supplies mail services telecommunications telephone and fax services and other clerical for purchase of office supplies and internal processes and recommends and implements procedural or policy changes to improve operations such as supply changes or the disposal of records. Delegates responsibilities among the staff and ensures that no staff member is overloaded with work. Reviews staff-prepared correspondence reports etc. for proper format grammar spelling punctuation and adherence to instructions. Ensures adequate supplies for the office and maintains accurate and updated inventories. Produces monthly status reports on the progress of action items and initiatives for the function.
