About the Fellowship:
Elevate your career with our immersive 18-month post-graduate program meticulously designed to cultivate future leaders in philanthropy. This fellowship will specifically focus on developing comprehensive expertise and practical application across all facets of philanthropy. Through a dedicated curriculum youll gain hands-on experience and deep understanding spanning grants operations prospect research direct response engagement strategies and major gifts. As a successful fellow you will actively contribute to national senior leadership meetings offering insightful perspectives and shaping strategic initiatives. This unparalleled exposure and practical experience will prepare you for impactful roles such as a major gift officer or grants analyst ready to take on significant responsibilities in advancing CommonSpirit Healths mission. This is a remote role with an opportunity for some in person work depending on where the candidate is based including Pheonix Seattle Denver Houston Chatanooga or California. Anticipated start date July 2027.

• Diverse Experiences: This fellowship will specifically focus on developing comprehensive expertise and practical application across all facets of philanthropy with a successful fellow engaging in a dedicated curriculum spanning grants operations prospect research direct response engagement and major gifts while actively contributing to national senior leadership meetings and demonstrating readiness for roles such as a major gift officer or grants analyst.

What Youll Need:

• Masters Degree in either:
• Master of Health Administration (MHA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Public Health (MPH)
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Or equivalent degree from an accredited graduate program

Graduation Status: Completion of all on-campus requirements and eligibility to graduate upon fellowship completion
Experience: Less than 5 years of professional experience.
Graduation Date: Must have graduated with an applicable Masters Degree between Spring 2024 and Spring 2028
Commitment: A strong interest in healthcare management and leadership.
Passion: A passion for CommonSpirit Healths mission and a commitment to humankindness.
