The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for all administrative functions including action-item tracking and follow-up rosters training records contract documentation support etc.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Reviewing documenting and tasking assistance for all contract data requirements lists (CDRL) and all eCRAFT administrative management
Record and attend all relevant meetings and meeting minutes
In charge of action-item tracking and required follow-up
Maintain all training records for employees and follow-up as necessary
In charge of all contract documentation support
Supports communication onsite by maintaining communication records and channels
Review Ensure the accuracy of all meeting minutes rosters reports records etc.
Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and mission focus across the team
Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
High School Degree Required
Associates Degree Required (preferably in business administration office management or related field)
Licenses & Certifications:
Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance
Experience:
Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a similar position
Experience using DoD/Navy financial systems as well as ME-Craft MS Office and/or TWMS tracking
Knowledge of the substantive programs within the division and branches
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to monitor and evaluate schedule and financial activities
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments as required
Knowledge of correspondence and writing procedures and practices
Ability to communicate (transmit and receive) tactfully to ensure accomplishment of functions
