Administrative Coordinator Oncology

What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the this vital role you will provide complex administrative support to the Executive Director Directors and other staff.

  • Managing multiple complex calendars by setting up and coordinating virtual and/or in-person meetings across multiple time zones

  • Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports in a timely manner

  • Assisting with special projects

  • Assisting with preparation of presentations and meeting agendas

  • Maintaining department email distribution lists

  • Preparing agendas and taking action-items as the need arises

What we expect of you

We are all different yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The administrative professional we seek is a self-starter with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Associates degree and 2 years of administrative experience

OR

2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 4 years of administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in an administrative support role

  • Strong Outlook Excel PowerPoint Skills

  • Knowledge of MyBuy WebEx MSTeams SharePoint and Concur

  • Bachelors degree

  • Experience working in biopharma industry

  • Strategic problem solver who loves to think ahead and anticipate solutions to logistical issues

  • Ability to work in a fast-moving results oriented environment

  • Discretion in dealing with proprietary information

  • Helpful can-do attitude with a solution-oriented approach

  • Polite and personable team player

  • Skilled at remaining calm under pressure
