- Assist with customer intake and scheduling with Estimator
- Coordinate scheduling of jobs
- Prepare and file DEQ paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Assist with employee recognition and celebration programs
- Conduct accounts receivable follow-up calls and documentation
- Support office operations and administrative projects as needed
