Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
One year of experience in administrative services.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.

Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

Coordinates day-to-day administrative operations and workflows for the Louisiana Center for Safe Schools to ensure efficiency and accountability.

Monitors statutory deadlines state policies and internal controls to maintain compliance across all office functions.

Manages calendars schedules and logistical plans for meetings training sessions and official program events.

Serves as the primary administrative liaison for communications with law enforcement agencies vendors and external stakeholders.

Oversees office expenditures supply orders and inventory monitoring in accordance with budgetary requirements.

Prepares and edits official correspondence reports presentations and digital communications to support program objectives.

Appointment Type: Probational. Current classified permanent status employees may be required to take a probational appointment if selected for this position.
