Trinity Health at Home is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential clerical and administrative support to our team. What You Will Do:

  • Support assigned staff with documentation data processing and report preparation.

  • Schedule meetings coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars.

  • Maintain office files and supplies and operate standard office equipment.

  • Screen and prioritize phone calls and mail and edit outgoing correspondence.

  • Assist with special projects departmental communications and interdepartmental coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and Trinity Health policies.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous quality improvement and customer service excellence.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in areas such as payroll HR and departmental reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

  • At least two years of administrative experience preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • Telephone skills and the ability to operate office equipment such as copiers fax machines personal computer and printers

  • Strong typing proofreading and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities maintain confidentiality and adapt quick to changes
