Job Summary
Facilitate in the efficient operation of assigned projects and provide clerical services for ESC programs projects and specialists.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year office experience or equivalent training.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficient skills in typing word processing file maintenance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient skills in Office Suite
- Ability to use computer and software to develop spreadsheets databases and word processing
- Basic math skills
- Drivers License
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Sort and distribute incoming correspondence and publications.
- Maintain physical and computerized records reports and correspondence in organized filing system.
- Prepare correspondence forms reports and documents and properly route.
- Place and receive telephone calls take reliable messages and route to appropriate staff
- members.
- Prepare workshop and meeting materials and supplies.
- Maintain project expenditure records.
- Requisition materials and supplies.
- Assist specialists in workshop scheduling set up and close out.
- Keep informed of and comply with ESC policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidential information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
