Job Description:
This Administrative Assistant I contribute to fulfilling the Universitys mission and vision by providing alignment integration tracking and planning of inclusion and opportunity programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications/Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Associates degree in business management secretarial sciences or related field
required.
One (1) year of administrative and/or secretarial experience performing similar duties for an
upper-level management position required OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
required
Previous experience in a professional office setting experience in an academic office
preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of online survey tools.
Must be flexible and able to manage multiple high priority demands.
Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of often sensitive written and verbal
matters.
