Mathnasium of Northwest Hills is looking for a highly organized customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our center. No advanced math knowledge is requiredwe will provide extensive training. Our Center Director handles the academic side; your role is helping create an exceptional experience for students and families.

We assess each student and create individualized learning plans that build confidence and long-term success. Schedule

School Year Hours

Monday Thursday: 12:00 PM 7:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM 2:00 PM

Summer Hours
Hours change during June July and August and may include additional daytime availability.

This is an in-person position.

What Youll Do

Welcome families and create an outstanding customer experience.
Answer incoming phone calls emails and walk-in inquiries.
Learn our programs and confidently explain how Mathnasium helps students succeed.
Promptly follow up with prospective families and assist with enrollments.
Build strong relationships with parents and students.
Communicate student progress and support family retention.
Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks.
Help create a professional organized and positive learning environment.
Work closely with the Center Director to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable speaking with parents and prospective families.
Ability to build trust and explain services with empathy and confidence.
Proficiency with email Google Docs Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous customer service office administration sales or relationship-building experience is preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center the franchisee will be your employer not Mathnasium.
