What Youll Do:
In your role as an Administrative Assistant you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Leadership Team of the Command at NAWCTSD Orlando FL. The ideal candidate will be highly organized self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision while handling sensitive information in a professional and secure manner. This position supports both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
This position is covered under the Service Contract Act (SCA) and is classified as an SCA non-exempt role. Pay and benefits will be provided in accordance with the applicable wage determination.
- Provide administrative support including calendar management meeting coordination and internal/external communications.
- Maintain and update filing systems databases organizational charts and distribution/contact lists.
- Draft edit and format reports spreadsheets correspondence agendas and presentations.
- Support planning and execution of meetings events and briefings; manage logistics take minutes and track action items.
- Assist with document management including uploading final documentation (e.g. I-Plan) and tracking.
- Manage office supply inventory and equipment orders track usage and budget adherence.
- Facilitate travel arrangements review travel vouchers and ensure schedule alignment.
- Liaise with security personnel to coordinate base access passes and meeting clearance requirements.
- Route calls emails and customer inquiries to the appropriate departments; handle escalations as needed.
- Perform additional administrative and project-based tasks as assigned.

What Youll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 3 years of administrative support experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting government or DoD programs is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook) and SharePoint.

Security Clearance Requirement:
- This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
Salary Range:
- This position is covered under the Service Contract Act (SCA) and is classified as an SCA non-exempt role with an hourly rate of $32.89. Pay and benefits are provided in accordance with the applicable wage determination.
