Role Scope:

We are looking foran Administrative Assistant who cansupportasmoothand effectiveworking environment for ourteam andensure that any administrativeneeds are taken care of ideal candidate takes pride in how effectively we work with business partners the experience that we provide to our programs participants/patients andsupporting their fellow team members.

  • Schedule and coordinate center programs providing support for meetings and events setups
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail voicemails and faxes
  • Support inventory and ordering for a variety of center functions.
  • Welcome participants and visitors in a warmfriendlyand professionalmanner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provideaccurateinformation to callers. Respond to inquiriesregardingcentersprogram details
  • Maintainparticipant recordsdocumentationand collaborative planning with members of the inter-disciplinary team.
  • Assistwith participant registration and enrollment processes and coordinate transportation arrangements forparticipantsas needed

Qualifications:

  • Min of 2years experiencein administrativeassistant/reception experience
  • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellentorganizational and multi-taskingabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 360
  • Ability to work collaboratively with inter-disciplinary team and interact with participants of varying abilities
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with participants andtheirfamilies

Nice to have:

  • Bilingual Preferred: English/Spanish
  • Knowledgeof PACEor ADHC/CBAS
  • Background in healthcare facility administration

Compensation:

We take into account an individuals qualifications skillset and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance short and long-term disability life insurance flexible spending accounts 401(k) savings paid time off and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $30 - $35 and is bonus eligible. The actual offer will be at the companys sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations including the final candidates qualifications years of experience skillset and geographic location.
