- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist staff and leadership with scheduling correspondence and document management.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
- Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for multiple team members.
- Prepare proofread and distribute correspondence reports and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronic and paper-based.
- Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Assist with event planning and coordination including logistics and communications.
- Support data entry record keeping and database management tasks.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure a well-stocked work environment.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or office support role preferably within a nonprofit environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
