Human Touch Home Health is seeking an organized professional and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Richmond Virginia office. This is a full-time in-office position supporting our clinical team leadership patients and referral partners.

- Welcome patients visitors and referral partners with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and assist with daily office operations
- Prepare scan file and maintain patient and employee records
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative support for new hires
- Order office supplies and maintain an organized office environment
- Support leadership with reports correspondence and special projects
- Coordinate communication between clinicians patients physicians and office staff
- Ensure confidential information is handled in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Administrative or Office Experience Required
- Healthcare or Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to Multitask and Prioritize in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Professional Positive and Team-Oriented Attitude
