Job Summary
Quality Equipment Financea Tom Wood Group businesslocatedinCarmelIndianaislooking for an organized anddetail orientedAdministrative Assistantto support ourteam.You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in supporting variousadministrativefunctions.
Responsibilities:
Serving as the first point of contact for customers via phone
Assistingcustomers with account questions updates and transferring them to theappropriate department
Maintainingand stocking office kitchen and bathroom supplies while ensuring a clean and organized office environment
Combining and organizing files within Adobe Acrobat
Managing and updating the companys shared calendar
Handling shipments through FedEx UPS and USPS
Receiving and distributing incoming mail to theappropriate departmentor personnel
Providing assistance toall departments and personnel with projects and various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Problem-solving and the ability to handle a variety of customer situations efficiently
Multitasking skills to manage several responsibilities at once
Strong senseof timeliness and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
Comfortable in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers vendors and team members effectively
Professional phone etiquette with a customer-focused approachassistingwith inquiries and connecting them with theappropriate departments
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with various departments and team members
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but notrequired
