Job Summary

Quality Equipment Financea Tom Wood Group businesslocatedinCarmelIndianaislooking for an organized anddetail orientedAdministrative Assistantto support ourteam.You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in supporting variousadministrativefunctions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers via phone

  • Assistingcustomers with account questions updates and transferring them to theappropriate department

  • Maintainingand stocking office kitchen and bathroom supplies while ensuring a clean and organized office environment

  • Combining and organizing files within Adobe Acrobat

  • Managing and updating the companys shared calendar

  • Handling shipments through FedEx UPS and USPS

  • Receiving and distributing incoming mail to theappropriate departmentor personnel

  • Providing assistance toall departments and personnel with projects and various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Problem-solving and the ability to handle a variety of customer situations efficiently

  • Multitasking skills to manage several responsibilities at once

  • Strong senseof timeliness and ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively

  • Comfortable in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers vendors and team members effectively

  • Professional phone etiquette with a customer-focused approachassistingwith inquiries and connecting them with theappropriate departments

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with various departments and team members

  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but notrequired
