Pay Rate: $18/hour (W2)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will provide clerical and administrative support while maintaining strong customer service standards and ensuring efficient workflow across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff and leadership.
  • Schedule meetings appointments and maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Perform data entry filing scanning photocopying and report preparation.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone email and in person with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assist with document retrieval case research and records management.
  • Support high-volume office operations while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with general office coordination.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and work effectively with diverse groups.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in court legal government or high-volume administrative environments preferred.
  • Experience handling confidential records and documentation is a plus.
