Administrative Assistant (Mon-Fri 800am-430pm)

The Administrative Assistant supports daily operations at a designated RK warehouse with a primary focus on office-based administrative responsibilities and light support of warehouse operations. This role ensures efficient office processes maintains accurate records and assists with operational documentation and coordination as needed.

Working in an office environment within a warehouse setting this position plays a key role in supporting communication and administrative workflow between the warehouse floor and office functions. The position reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager with responsibilities assigned based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide administrative support to maintain efficient office operations
• Perform general office duties including filing document management scanning and data entry
• Support warehouse operations through administrative tasks such as documentation and coordination with floor personnel
• Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems
• Communicate professionally via phone email and in person
• Respond to inquiries and route information appropriately
• Monitor and replenish office supply inventory
• Assist with tracking administrative tasks and operational workflows
• Contribute to team objectives and assist with additional projects as needed Provide administrative support to warehouse operations including documentation data entry and coordination with floor personnel as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills needed:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office experience
• Experience in a warehouse or operations environment preferred skills.
• Excellent time management.

• Office-based role located within a warehouse setting
• Regular interaction with warehouse personnel and operational teams
