Pay Rate/Range: $17.24/hr
Description: The Office Administrator serves as the first point of contact for visitors applicants vendors and employees at a busy manufacturing facility. This position manages reception and visitor check-in coordinates meetings and office activities maintains common areas and supplies and provides administrative support to multiple departments.
Job Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of administrative receptionist office coordination or customer service experience. Strong communication organization attention to detail and Microsoft Office skills are required along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
