Job Duties
Provides administrative support for day-to-day operations of the MAC and its programs;
Manages MAC database systems and confidential records and routinely compiles information for administrative reports and updates in collaboration with the Registrar and other units as required;
Assists with training management and evaluation of the MACs peer tutors;
Designs and produces training materials and other documents as needed in support of MAC programs;
Processes purchasing travel and other fiscal paperwork in keeping with VMI Comptrollers office guidelines;
Maintains the Miller Academic Center webpage and social media accounts;
Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.
Minimum Qualifications
Related experience in office setting
Familiarity with Excel and Qualtrics
Willingness to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
Able to handle multiple tasks at one time
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Data collection experience and reporting
