Job Description Administrative support/office management (reception records class scheduling appointment scheduling data collection/analysis research and inventory) and primary point of contact for division information; manage multiple division/grant budgets; manage theatre production preparation (contracts payment travel i.e. meals transportation lodging). Accurately prepare quote/purchase requests reconciliation of department card purchases/payments; process all department expenditures. Supervise student workers. Assist chair in theatre with accreditation data. Other duties as assigned. |
Required Qualifications Knowledge of general office practice and procedures. |
Preferred Qualifications: Strong fiscal/bookkeeping experience. Working knowledge of Banner eVA Cognos People Admin and EPAF preferred. |
