Job Description:

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare and proofread documents including GAAP financial statements reports presentations proposals and client correspondence.
• Assist with data gathering and data entry into various systems.
• Manage and maintain electronic databases/workflow systems to track jobs and produce reports for prompt delivery of information to clients and internal teams.
• Provide high level clerical / administrative support to our department leaders
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Manage multiple calendar and email accounts
• Prepare confidential documents that adhere to legal and public accounting standards

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Advanced level skills in MS Excel Word PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Previous experience working with accounting auditing or finance programs a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to grasp new technologies quickly
• Ability to work and communicate with multiple people at all levels in the organization
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Ability to take ownership of a job/project
• Previous experience in public accounting a plus
