Administrative Assistant - Data Entry Specialist

Minneapolis MN 6 Month Contract - Hire $25-30/hr (Flexible)

Konik is partnering with a local manufacturing company seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist. This contract is scheduled to last six months but it may extend beyond this Administrative Assistant/ Data Entry role you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy integrity and organization of essential project documents and records. This position offers the opportunity to support operational processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data within ERP systems and databases.
• Maintain and monitor data records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Work closely with quality control and production teams to track document revisions and reports.
• Support administrative tasks to streamline department operations.
• Assist with project documentation and process coordination.
• Follow established protocols for document control and compliance requirements.
• Uphold company policies and industry standards in all aspects of work.

Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist Qualifications:

• Associate degree or 3 years of experience in an administrative or data management role.
• Proficiency in any ERP system is REQUIRED
• Experience within a Manufacturing environment is REQUIRED
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Sharp attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
• Experience with productivity tools such as Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support data integrity and process improvements.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
