Administrative Assistant | Dallas, TX

IMEG is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Dallas Texas to provide day-to-day administrative support for assigned engineering teams. This role supports project and team operations by using and reviewing IMEG standard document templates completing routine administrative tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help meet project goals and client expectations. Youll also work within the teams monetary budget while helping keep team activities organized and on track.

Principal Responsibilities

Follow and promote IMEG standards
Support assigned engineering teams and assist other teams as needed
Maintain confidentiality of project/client corporate and employee matters
Work with engineering specifications for applicable disciplines
Attend and actively contribute to group meetings
Support problem solving efforts with the engineering team
Answer phones as needed
Arrange meetings and travel for the team or office as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipping as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma/GED required
Associate degree preferred
2 years of experience minimum required 3 preferred in administration
Experience with engineering administration preferred
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work with staff of all levels
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word Excel and Outlook
Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and flexible
