Description

Loch Harbour Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This key personnel position is responsible for coordinating administrative activities managing schedules and meetings preparing reports and correspondence maintaining documentation and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to program leadership and project teams.
  • Conduct research and compile information to prepare statistical reports presentations and other management documents.
  • Prepare edit proofread and distribute correspondence reports meeting minutes and other official documentation.
  • Respond to information requests and maintain accurate administrative records and files.
  • Coordinate calendars schedule meetings and arrange conference calls virtual meetings and other events.
  • Receive and assist visitors while maintaining a professional and customer-focused environment.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings workshops and special events from planning through completion.
  • Review documents to ensure compliance with applicable requirements policies procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records to support program operations and reporting requirements.
  • Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Support office operations by performing additional administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Experience

  • More than 10 years of progressively responsible administrative experience
  • Active Secret Clearance Required
