Were looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to become the organizational backbone of our growing companies. This is not your typical desk job. Responsibilities
- Assist with answering incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
- Write emails memos and letters and distribute them appropriately
- Contribute to company reports
- Maintain an organized office space
Qualifications
- Property Management or Real Estate Experience Preferred
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel Google suite.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
