Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all compliance rules regulations and guidelines involving CFE Performance Standards are followed.
- Assists with monitoring food service subsidies including deadline dates loss of subsidies co-payments billing.
- Assists with billing processes including attendance meal count and documentation.
- Track and monitor vehicle maintenance.
- Check in / out of company vehicles and travel cell phones.
- Maintains staff emergency phone tree.
- Assist with center maintenance needs completing help desk tickets scheduling and follow up with vendors.
- Responsible for data entry as assigned.
- Ensures weekly completion of purchase orders.
- Assists with monthly CFE newsletter as assigned.
- Coordinate supply orders for center.
- Update inventory records.
- Receive mail and deliveries and direct to appropriate person.
- Type memos correspondences/letters reports and other documents upon request. 1S. Copies types files and replenishes any needed forms.
- Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- While operating a multi-extension phone AWARE system receive incoming phone calls determines the nature of business obtains callers name messages and directs callers
- Assists with center cleaning and organizing as indicated.
- Maintains confidentiality of records and information on CFE staff children and families.
- Attends and participates in mandatory training in-services staff meetings and committees as assigned and noted in AWAREs Employee Handbook.
- Reports to work at scheduled times and maintains good attendance.
- Perform all duties in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate with a positive attitude and behavior in all program activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Talents skills and abilities:
- High School Diploma or HSE is required; Associate Degree Bachelors Degree preferred with a minimum of two years of related clerical/administrative experience.
- Experience working with children aged 0 - 5 and families in an educational setting is helpful.
- Requires knowledge and experience in record keeping.
- Computer literacy including database management spreadsheet word processing internet email.
- Ability to form professional relationships with a diverse group of people.
- Ability to relate positively to young children parents and staff.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize and effectively handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of CFE Performance Standards philosophy and mission desirable.
- Must have a valid Montana drivers license and liability insurance.
