Job Summary
The Cottages Group is currently seeking a customer service oriented Administrative Assistant-Front Desk Coordinatorto provide a friendly welcome to visitors and direct them to the appropriate department as well as a variety of other clerical tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service communication organizational and time management skills. This is a non-exempt full-time position working 8:00am to 4pm Monday-Friday but will require flexibility to accommodate personnel schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close corporate office; performs multiple clerical functions simultaneously such as answering phones typing sorting and distributing mail operating office equipment filing and assisting visitors
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries
- Maintain marketing materials and social media platforms
- Coordinate and schedule company events travel meetings and appointments as directed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order as needed
- Track corporate office vehicles
- Maintain clean safe and sanitary corporate office site
- Provides other support functions as directed

Qualifications
- 18 years of age and ability to pass a MN criminal background study; possess an unencumbered MN Drivers License
- Minimum of one-year previous administrative experience preferred
- Proven ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information

- A wizard in all things google and proficient with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn HRIS software system
- Self-driven with strong verbal written and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be reliable honest and possess strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Due to the safety and regulatory requirements must have adequate vision reading writing and computer skills; ability to perform the essential functions of role and push pull and lift up to 50 pounds a minimum of 10 feet
- Experience working in a positive collaborative team environment
