• Experience using a multi-line phone system with the ability to screen communications based on predetermined guidelines
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products specifically Microsoft Excel and Word

• Answer screen and transfer inbound phone calls
• Receive and direct visitors and guests
• Handle daily UPS FEDEX and USPS shipments
• Order office supplies
• Schedule employee travel (flights hotels rental cars)
• Provide administrative support to home office departments
• Assist with company events and complete projects as requested
• Help with filing as needed
