Human Touch Home Health is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Blacksburg office.

• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Assist with filing scanning and data entry
• Maintain employee and patient records
• Support recruiting onboarding and compliance tasks
• Track documents licenses and certifications
• Assist with scheduling and general office coordination

• High school diploma or GED required
• Administrative or office experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
• Healthcare or home health experience is a plus
